1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by FetchClub, including but not limited to dog daycare, spa treatments, grooming, socialisation, and overnight boarding. By registering with or utilising FetchClub services, the Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2 Acceptance of Risk

The Client acknowledges that dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and socialisation services involve inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Minor injuries such as scratches, nicks, or bites
• Illness or transmission of disease despite vaccination protocols
• Behavioural incidents between dogs
• Escape or accidental injury
• Stress-related conditions or reactions

The Client voluntarily assumes all such risks by allowing their dog(s) to participate in FetchClub services.

3 Liability Waiver

While FetchClub takes all reasonable care, supervision, and precautionary measures, the Client agrees that FetchClub, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any:

• Injury or illness
• Death of any animal
• Escape or loss of a dog
• Dog-on-dog incidents
• Property damage or loss
• Veterinary expenses
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This exclusion applies unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

4 Health & Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and up to date with core vaccinations, including kennel cough. Vaccinations must be administered at least 14 days prior to attendance.

• Dogs showing signs of contagious illness will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, injuries, and medication requirements prior to attendance.
• FetchClub reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog deemed unfit for group interaction.

5 Behavioural Disclosure

Clients must disclose any known behavioural issues, including but not limited to:

• Aggression toward dogs or humans
• Fear-based behaviours
• Resource guarding
• Escape tendencies

Failure to disclose relevant behavioural information may result in termination of services without refund.

6 Feeding Policy

Clients are required to provide all food in clearly labelled portions. For safety reasons, food is not left out during the day to prevent resource guarding and altercations. Standard feeding times are 07:00, 12:00, and 16:00. FetchClub is not responsible for feeding issues arising from incomplete or unclear instructions.

7 Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

• All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Outstanding balances must be settled prior to collection of the dog(s).
• FetchClub reserves the right to retain dogs until full payment has been received.

8 Collection & Operating Hours

Drop-off and collection must occur within official operating hours. Late collections may incur additional charges at management’s discretion. Repeated late collection may result in refusal of future bookings.

9 Personal Belongings

FetchClub provides basic bedding and bowls where required. All personal items remain the responsibility of the Client. FetchClub accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

10 Multi-Dog Households

Where multiple dogs are registered under one Client, the Client accepts responsibility for all animals listed under their care. Each dog is considered individually under this Agreement.

11 Media Consent

Unless otherwise stated by the Client, FetchClub may capture and use photographs or video content of dogs for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. No compensation is provided for such use. Clients may opt out at any time in writing.

12 Termination of Service

FetchClub reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate services at its discretion if:

• A dog presents safety risks
• A client provides false or incomplete information
• Behavioural or medical risks are not manageable in a group environment
• Payment obligations are not met

13 General Agreement

By engaging FetchClub services, the Client confirms that:

• All information provided is true and accurate
• All risks have been understood and accepted
• All policies and procedures are acknowledged
• They are legally authorised to register the dog(s)

14 Governing Acceptance

This Agreement becomes binding upon submission of the FetchClub Client Registration Form and acceptance of the digital terms and conditions. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
